Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm PST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Please note paying for faster delivery does not mean we will process your order faster. You are paying for the courier to deliver your package faster.
We cannot revise your shipping address once you checkout.
It is our discretion to request verification before fulfilling your order. We will reach out with instructions and wait for a response, which may delay your processing time.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Flat Rate Shipping only applies to orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories)
Free Ground Shipping on orders over $200 apply to the order subtotal (after discounts and before taxes) with delivery addresses within the continental United States and shipping costs up to $15 for orders with delivery addresses within Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
www.poketech559.com ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
It is our discretion to require a signature upon delivery for orders totaling $500 or more.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
www.poketech559.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
www.poketech559.com is not liable for any lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Preorder
Please do not mix preorder with in stock items if you cannot wait until release date of the preorder item(s) as we ship your order in full.
